Several years ago, we had a patient with congestive heart failure who was under hospice care and expected to live for six months. One of our senior nurses took the assignment after a thorough assessment. Over the course of the next three years (yes, three years!), the patient’s quality of life improved dramatically, and was ultimately taken out of hospice.
While not all cases have this type of outcome, we strive to make all of our patients (and their families) improve their quality of life regardless of their condition. We look forward to caring for you or your loved one!
