My name is Marina Andguladze.  I am a registered nurse. I’ve been working as a visiting nurse for more than 20 years, serving Fairfield County.  I started my career as a med-surge nurse.  I then moved to homecare and began as a field nurse, later being promoted to clinical supervisor.  My most recent position was as a Director.

The last 20 years I have seen so many patients discharged from hospitals and nursing homes and so often they feel confused and helpless.

While Medicare provides home care services, it is often limited and may not take into consideration the patient’s physical and emotional condition or support their needs for daily, 24 hour assistance. In many cases, a parent is living alone. The children live out of state and are constantly worrying about the parents’ wellbeing.  The children are looking for someone they can trust and assist their parent or loved one with everyday living.  Silver Lining Care makes life easier, happier, and safer for both parties.

My passion for home health care is evident in my 20 years of experience caring for patients.  My dedication to the well-being of seniors and my genuine love for listening to their stories and spending time with them inspired me to start my own homecare company, Silver Lining Care. We have an exceptional team of caregivers and companions. We want to make a difference in the lives of our clients and provide them with the very best support.
